Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS
A. Experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite software preferred B. Abilities
  • Independent decision making and ability to exercise good judgment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to complete assigned tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Organizational skills, time management, relationship building, and communication skills essential Willing to work long hours, including nights and weekends
REPORTS TO
Assistant Athletic Director for Communications
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Writing game recaps, season previews, feature stories, general releases, etc. B. Updating social media accounts C. Graphic designing of a variety of items, such as infographics, posters, etc. D. Public-Address Announcing at home games E. Producing and editing of various videos F. Updating the athletics website G. Streaming of home events, including play-by-play announcing, operating Production Truck, vMix, and Tricaster systems H. Photography I. Varied office work, including updating records/archives J. All other duties as assigned.
EVALUATION
Performance will be the responsibility of the Assistant Athletic Director for Communications.
