We are growing rapidly and are excited to partner with some of the largest telecommunications companies in the industry, like AT&T, and we need an AT&T Customer Success Associate to help facilitate and drive the growth of our newest venture. As an AT&T Customer Success Associate, you'll serve as the face of our company and the primary point of contact for our clients' customers throughout the sales & enrollment process. Your role is integral to ensuring our clients' experience exceeds expectations while supporting our goal of delivering lasting sales results and crafting memorable experiences that go beyond the typical billboard or social media advertisement. AT&T Customer Success Associate, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering exceptional customer experiences by actively promoting products and services directly to homeowners and decision makers. Engaging with customers to understand their telecommunications needs and providing personalized recommendations that include AT&T's fast, reliable products and service plans Maintaining accurate customer records and providing feedback to improve customer service and sales processes Assisting in developing and implementing impactful sales plans to boost brand recognition, increase new customer acquisition and create referral pipelines Participating in comprehensive training designed to build expertise across key departments, including field marketing, sales, customer service, and account management Maintain a positive attitude, embrace feedback, and dedicate yourself to continuous learning and improvement Qualifications of the
AT&T Customer Success Associate:
High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service Interest in learning about sales processes and customer Success excellence Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software Positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to work in a team environment and take direction
Pay:
$875.00 - $1,180.00 per week
