Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calling and face-to-face interactions in residential neighborhoods to introduce our technology products and services. Conduct consultative selling by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our solutions can meet their requirements effectively. Utilize CRM software and sales automation technologies to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales opportunities efficiently. Negotiate terms with customers, address questions, and overcome objections to close deals confidently. Maintain a professional presence while representing the company's brand during door-to-door outreach efforts. Collaborate with team members to share insights, refine sales strategies, and achieve collective targets. Document all customer interactions accurately within Salesforce Cloud or other CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up and reporting. Experience Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated success in deal closing within a B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environment. Familiarity with sales technology adoption, including CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Experience with technical or technology sales, especially involving complex solutions requiring consultative selling techniques. Background in customer service or call center roles that emphasize client communication and relationship building. Business development experience that highlights proactive outreach, warm calling strategies, and effective negotiation skills.
