Our Houston-based team works closely with AT&T to deliver exceptional service and sales experiences face-to-face, in local communities. In this role, the AT&T Representative isn't just selling products, they're building trust, solving problems, and creating real impact for customers' homes and businesses. Responsibilities for the AT&T Representative Represent AT&T in person, meeting customers where they are, and showing off the latest in wireless and Internet technology as an AT&T Representative. Deliver engaging, benefit-driven presentations that highlight how AT&T's solutions fit into each customer's life. Suggest customized AT&T service plans, device options, and pricing tailored to each customer's needs and usage.

Build meaningful relationships:

What We're Looking For in an AT&T Representative High school diploma or GED Previous experience in sales, service, or another client-facing role. Great communication skills, you're personable, outgoing, and ready to connect with all kinds of people. Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout Houston Comfort using mobile tools, point-of-sale systems, and CRM software to manage your sales process.
