We specialize in delivering high-speed connectivity and wireless solutions to both individuals and small businesses. We're hiring Bilingual AT&T Sales Representatives who are confident communicators and comfortable working directly with people. This is a performance-driven, people-focused role where your ability to build relationships directly impacts your success.

What You'll Do:

Engage directly with small business owners and customers to understand their wireless and internet needs Present AT&T products and services clearly and confidently Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers Build relationships and generate referrals within the local community Maintain a consultative approach to sales (not pushy, solution-based) Track performance metrics and work toward individual and team goals Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and offerings

What We're Looking For:

English & Spanish communication (basic/conversational Spanish OK) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable talking to new people daily Previous customer-facing experience is a plus (sales, retail, hospitality) Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented
