Job Description

As an AT&T Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping customers discover wireless solutions that keep them connected at home, at work, and on the go. This position combines customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales strategy to create a positive experience for every customer interaction. The AT&T Sales Specialist position is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will introduce customers to AT&T wireless services, guide them through the activation process, and ensure they feel confident in the services they choose. Your ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service will help create long-term relationships and drive success for both the customer and the team. What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Specialist Connect with customers directly to introduce AT&T wireless services and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs. Guide customers through the wireless activation process while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every transaction. Explain available plans, devices, and promotions in a clear and professional way to help customers make informed decisions. Deliver a positive customer experience by answering questions and providing helpful solutions throughout the enrollment process. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, activations, and follow-ups to support account accuracy. Work alongside team members to share sales strategies and improve overall performance. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute ideas during team discussions. Represent BH Management Group and AT&T with professionalism, energy, and strong communication skills in every interaction. What We're Looking for in an AT&T Sales Specialist Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required. A strong interest in working with customers and helping them stay connected through reliable wireless services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism. Comfortable learning new technology and adapting to evolving wireless products and systems. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the motivation to meet and exceed goals. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
