AT&T Sales Team Member:

As an AT&T Sales Team Member , you'll be the go-to resource for customers. This is a customer service and sales role that combines education, relationship-building, and meeting team goals.

Daily Responsibilities:

Meet with customers directly to provide personalized customer service Explain AT&T wireless services clearly and confidently Process new customer enrollments and upgrades Answer account questions and resolve customer concerns Recommend products and promotions that best fit each customer's needs Complete the full sales process from introduction to activation Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales Represent AT&T professionally in the community This AT&T Sales Team Member position blends strong customer service skills with consultative sales techniques to ensure every customer has a positive and informed experience.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with customers Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach Availability to work full-time hours Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus — but we provide hands-on training for the right candidate.
