AT&T Team Lead

No previous telecommunications experience is required — we provide hands-on training from day one. As an AT&T Team Lead, you'll work directly with customers, build relationships, answer questions about products and services, and help connect people with solutions that fit their needs and lifestyle.

AT&T Team Lead Responsibilities:

Speak with customers face-to-face about AT&T products and services Help customers select wireless, internet, and device options Explain promotions, pricing, and product features clearly Build customer relationships and provide excellent service Meet individual and team sales goals Maintain knowledge of current AT&T promotions and technology Work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment
