We are seeking an Attorney to join our team. Our firm is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and providing exceptional legal services.

Expectations:

Manage a significant caseload involving high-level and high-asset family law or criminal defense cases from intake through permanent orders. Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop effective case strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation. Handle cases related to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and property division. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status and legal options. Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and clients receive comprehensive representation.

Requirements:

License to practice law in Florida In-depth knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and court procedures Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel. Dedication to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality. No experience needed
