The ideal candidate will have dealership title experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

Process vehicle titles and registrations accurately and timely Submit paperwork to PennDOT and financial institutions Verify legal transfer of documents for incoming and outgoing vehicles Maintain title records and resolve discrepancies Process payoffs, liens, and title corrections Support accounting and sales departments with administrative tasks Ensure compliance with state and dealership procedures

Qualifications:

Previous automotive title clerk experience preferred Knowledge of Pennsylvania title and registration processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and customer service skills
