Job Description

New England Ear Nose and Throat Practice Overview Join a premier, rapidly expanding ENT and Audiology group in the Greater Boston area. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of services, including general ENT, otology, and high-level hearing aid dispensing. We are currently in a significant growth phase, increasing our physical capacity from 7 to 12 exam rooms and increasing from 2 to 4 state-of-the-art audiology booths to better serve our community. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work directly with our Chief of ENT and other otolaryngologists to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care. Briefly about

Key Responsibilities Diagnostics:
Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations for pediatric through geriatric populations.
Rehabilitative Services:
Assess candidacy for, select, and fit hearing aids.
Collaborative Care:
Work alongside otologists to manage complex ear pathologies and provide pre/post-operative audiometric support.
Patient Counseling:
Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding hearing loss management and realistic expectations. Qualifications Doctor of Audiology (Au.

D.) from an accredited institution. Current Massachusetts Audiology License (or eligibility). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from ASHA or ABA certification.
Compensation Range:
