Job Description

Category Schools - Audiologist Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as an Educational Audiologist serving students across multiple districts this fall. From September 1st through October 14th, you'll have the chance to make a lasting impact by supporting the auditory needs of 113 students. Your expertise will reach a wide community, as this role supports 13 districts, offering a dynamic and meaningful experience each day.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Current licensure as an Audiologist in Minnesota Prior experience as an Educational or School Audiologist preferred Strong assessment and diagnostic skills relating to pediatric and school-aged populations Excellent collaboration and communication skills Comfort working across multiple school sites and adapting to varied environments Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver services efficiently to a diverse caseload
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct hearing screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and consultations for students Recommend assistive devices and hearing accommodations as appropriate Develop and implement individualized plans to promote access to instruction Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster inclusive learning Maintain timely, detailed documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines Provide education and training to school personnel on hearing health and accessibility Enjoy a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in this impactful role.
