Audit Manager - Public Accounting A top regional public accounting firm is seeking an Audit Manager to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and review multiple audit engagements simultaneously Manage and mentor staff across concurrent engagements Review audit workpapers and ensure overall quality and compliance with professional standards Coordinate directly with clients to address audit findings and engagement needs Ensure deliverables are clear, accurate, and aligned with firm standards Assist in developing audit methodology, training, and internal resources Manage engagement timelines and budgets effectively Qualifications CPA required 5+ years of public accounting experience in external audit Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Demonstrated experience supervising and developing staff Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with private and publicly traded companies; FCC and/or HUD experience is a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Ready to take the next step in your public accounting career?
