We are opening a brand-new warehouse and fulfillment center in Austin, TX and are hiring across multiple roles to build our founding operations team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help stand up a modern, high-volume warehouse operation with a strong focus on systems, process design, and operational excellence. Overview We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support core distribution operations. This role focuses on hands-on warehouse execution, including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and material handling. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently Perform putaway, picking, packing, and order fulfillment with high accuracy Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and movements Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and audits Build and stage pallets for storage and shipment Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, etc.) Handle regulated or sensitive materials in accordance with safety guidelines (e.g., lithium batteries) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Manually unload floor-loaded containers as needed (lifting required) Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred Familiarity with WMS or inventory tracking systems is a plus Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
