BODY SHOP ESTIMATOR OPENING IN SPRINGFIELD PA WITH A LARGE AUTO GROUP. YOU MUST HAVE A PA APPRAISERS LICENSE FOR THIS ROLE. THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE ROLE AND PAYS 75-80K SALARY.

Collision Estimator (Licensed) Are you the kind of person who can spot a misaligned frame from twenty paces? Do you enjoy the puzzle of turning a wrecked vehicle into a meticulous repair plan? If you've got the technical chops, the license, and the people skills to bridge the gap between insurance adjusters and technicians, we want to talk to you. ________________________________________ The Role We are looking for a Licensed Collision Estimator to join our team. You'll be the face of our shop, ensuring that every estimate is accurate, every supplement is justified, and every customer feels confident that their vehicle is in the best hands.

What You'll Be Doing Inspecting & Appraising:

Conduct thorough visual inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the full scope of necessary repairs.

Drafting Estimates:

Utilize industry-standard software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex) to create precise, profitable, and safe repair plans.

Negotiating:

Act as the primary liaison with insurance companies to secure approvals on estimates and supplements.

Customer Advocacy:

Walk customers through the repair process, explaining technical details in a way that makes sense to them.

Quality Control:

Work closely with the shop foreman to ensure the final product matches the original estimate and meets our safety standards. ________________________________________ What You Bring to the

Table Credentialed:

Must hold a valid State Appraiser/Estimator License.

Experienced:

At least 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume collision center.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in estimating software (preferably CCC ONE) and a solid understanding of modern ADAS recalibration requirements.

Detail-Oriented:

You don't miss the "hidden" damage. You write sheets that are thorough the first time around.

Communicator:
