  • Experienced Combo Tech 8 Mile Collision & Fiberglass is looking for an experienced Auto Body & Paint Technician to join our growing team.
We are looking for a dependable, motivated combo technician who can handle both body work and paint from start to finish. Requirements 10+ years of collision repair experience Must have your own tools Experience with: Body repair Panel replacement Prep work Blocking/sanding Paint and refinishing Buffing/detailing Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and quality Valid driver's license I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus Responsibilities Complete repairs according to industry standards Perform body work and paint work on a variety of vehicles Maintain clean and organized work area Work with team to meet production deadlines Ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady workflow Positive work environment Opportunity for long-term growth Flexible pay structure commission Bonuses Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and can produce high-quality repairs without cutting corners.
