We are looking for an auto body and frame/structural repair technician that wants to be part of a growing company that shares the same work ethic and integrity that our company has always been a part of.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years professional shop experience with structural repairs.

Technician Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Damage repair analysis after a collision. Damage repair blueprint and follow necessary repairs based upon OEM Requirements. Technician would take part in discussion and organization of repair stages involved.
• understand how to read, apply and document with repair orders/workorders in order to organize the repair structure needed for each individual vehicle.
• How to properly evaluate damage repair and how to proceed with the knowledge and best judgement that follows needed repairs. This includes utilizing the OEM repair data information supplied.
• Properly utilize all equipment necessary, needed for repair task at hand and maintain a clean, organized & safe working environment.
• Structural & Body Repair/ metal/aluminum/plastic Welding, Frame /structural measurements and frame setup (CAR-O-LINER) Individual needs to have the drive and dedication that will complement our daily dedication & goal of being the industry leader through excellence in all that we do.
