Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Minimum of 2 years as a body tech; 5 years of experience as a lead tech with a focus on structural work is preferred. Current ICAR welding certifications for steel GMA, steel sectioning, and aluminum GMA (MIG) preferred. Proficiency in 3-dimensional measuring systems, such as Car-O-Liner or similar. Capability to set up, measure, and pull/square a ladder and unibody frame. Demonstrated ability to flag 100+ hours per week without assistance. Maintain a clean and organized work stall and possess your own tools. Prefer proficiency in quarter panel repairs (not just replacement), with excellent metal and filler work, achieving body lines that match opposing panels. Ability to read and follow OE procedures and document in-process photos using the mobile tablet provided by the company. Willingness to perform 100% full teardowns. Valid California Driver's License and Social Security Card required; candidates must pass a background check and meet underwriting requirements from our insurance partners.

Safety Compliance:

Must wear all required PPE, including safety glasses, on the shop floor and whenever near vehicles being actively worked on.
