Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment to restore vehicle integrity and appearance Utilize hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, soldering, and airless paint spraying techniques to execute repairs efficiently and accurately Conduct auto glass replacement and repair, ensuring safety standards are met or exceeded Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and applying auto paint with attention to detail for a flawless finish Fabricate sheet metal components and perform auto restoration tasks using fabrication skills and mechanical knowledge Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, assembly, and detailing to ensure optimal vehicle performance Follow auto estimating procedures to assess damage scope accurately and communicate repair plans effectively to customers Lift heavy parts safely during repairs while maintaining proper safety protocols at all times Skills Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair shops demonstrating auto body repair expertise Proficiency in MIG welding, welding techniques, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and auto restoration projects Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and auto glass installation tools Knowledge of auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying for high-quality finishes Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service principles for effective communication with clients Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of auto body work Join us in delivering top-tier automotive repairs with energy, precision, and passion!
