Auto Body Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition by performing high-quality repairs and refinishing work. Duties Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans to restore structural integrity and appearance Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work using hand tools and power tools Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques, ensuring smooth finishes and color matching Use MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to repair or fabricate metal components Replace or repair auto glass, windshields, and other vehicle glass components with precision Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, estimates, and work performed for each vehicle Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, auto estimating, and light fabrication as needed Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair and restoration Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication techniques Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, auto painting equipment, and auto glass installation tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or assembly tasks Knowledge of auto estimating processes and customer service principles to ensure clear communication with clients Experience with auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying and detailing for high-quality finishes Join our team to bring vehicles back to life with precision craftsmanship!
