TARGET SALARY

Aggressive hourly flat-rate, depending on experience. PLUS Medical, Dental, 401K, paid vacation.

OVERVIEW

We are Southern New Jersey's largest automotive group and are in need of Auto Body Technicians to join our team. The Auto Body Technician performs vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned, and in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The Auto Body Technician also builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring Customer confidence in our dealership's ability to keep their vehicles safe and reliable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs work as outlined on written estimate with efficiency and accuracy
• Diagnose the cause of malfunction and performs the needed repair
• Communicates with Parts Manager to obtain the needed parts
• Examines the vehicle to determine if additional work is required
• Advises Collision Center Manager if additional work is needed
• Documents all work performed as soon as the job is completed
• Attends factory sponsored and I-CAR training classes
• Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous wastes

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Car-O-Liner (preferred)
• 2+ years experience as an autobody/frame technician
• Attention to detail
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
