Whether you're washing, buffing, or performing light maintenance tasks, your efforts will directly contribute to a positive customer experience and the smooth operation of our dealership or service center. Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure a spotless finish. Detail vehicles inside and out, including vacuuming, cleaning windows, polishing surfaces, and applying protective treatments like wax or sealants. Conduct buffing and polishing to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance shine. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing fluids, replacing bulbs, or minor repairs when needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing janitorial duties and ensuring tools and supplies are properly stored. Drive vehicles safely within the lot for positioning or test drives as required. Provide excellent customer service by addressing vehicle concerns professionally and efficiently. Qualifications Prior experience in car detailing, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to operate car wash equipment, buffers, vacuums, and other detailing tools confidently. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques for buffing, window tinting (nice-to-have), and general vehicle maintenance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
