In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle detailing services while assisting with basic maintenance tasks. Your expertise will help ensure our customers leave with a vehicle that looks great and runs smoothly. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior polishing, vacuuming, waxing, and window cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance. Conduct routine oil changes and fluid top-offs using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely. Assist with tire service including mounting, balancing, rotation, and replacement to maintain optimal vehicle performance. Support alignment procedures by preparing vehicles and assisting technicians during diagnostic and repair processes. Help with basic mechanical tasks such as brake inspections, filter replacements, and light maintenance under supervision. Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and relay findings to senior technicians or service managers. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored and safety protocols are followed at all times. Qualifications Dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus. Prior mechanic or service technician experience demonstrating mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment required for vehicle servicing. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling vehicle parts or equipment. Knowledge of automotive service standards and safety guidelines essential for working in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license preferred; willingness to learn new skills related to automotive diagnostics and repairs.
