Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven Auto Detailing Sales Agent to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base through proactive outside sales efforts, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Your enthusiasm for building relationships and your expertise in B2B sales will help us deliver exceptional service to clients while driving revenue growth. Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships through effective account management strategies. Develop and implement targeted business development plans to increase market penetration and brand visibility. Present product demonstrations and technical solutions tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits effectively. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up activities to build a robust pipeline of prospects. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute territory-specific campaigns and promotional initiatives. Conduct territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Upsell additional products or services during customer interactions to maximize revenue opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills essential for building trust with clients. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis. Knowledge of territory management principles and experience in lead generation techniques including cold calling. Ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations tailored to client needs. Analytical skills to assess market data and develop strategic sales plans effectively.
