TECHNICIAN

) We are looking for a dependable, motivated R&I Technician to join our growing automotive repair team. This position works alongside our body shop, mechanic, and PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) departments to remove and reinstall vehicle parts during the repair process. If you enjoy working with vehicles, take pride in quality work, and want to grow with a fast-paced shop, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Remove and reinstall vehicle parts safely and efficiently Disassemble and reassemble interiors, trim, bumpers, lights, moldings, and panels Assist technicians with vehicle teardown and reassembly Protect customer vehicles and maintain clean workmanship Identify damaged or missing parts during repair process Work closely with body techs, mechanics, and PDR technicians Maintain organized tools and workspace

Automotive experience Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic Tools Required Attention to detail Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team

BONUS SKILLS

Body shop experience Mechanical repair experience PDR or hail repair experience ADAS/calibration knowledge Experience with late-model vehicle electronics and trim systems We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in doing quality work. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
