Respond rapidly to internet and phone leads Set, confirm, and show appointments Build value in Subaru vehicles and dealership experience Guide customers through the online-to-showroom process Follow up with CRM discipline Hit and exceed monthly sales goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive sales or BDC experience preferred (not required) Strong phone and text communication skills Competitive, self-motivated mindset CRM proficiency is a plus Bilingual is a bonus Weekend availability No auto experience?
