Daytime hours, Monday - Friday, no weekends

Compensation:

Guaranteed 40 hours per week + overtime opportunities, with a billed hour bonus

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance Strong repair skills across various vehicle systems, including but not limited to, brakes, suspension, alignment, diagnostics, exhaust systems, and electrical Ability to perform routine maintenance and moderate to complex repairs with minimal supervision Experience working with a variety of makes and models and proficiency with shop management software, such as Tekmetric Ability to troubleshoot moderate to complex mechanical issues and communicate findings effectively to Service Advisors Proficient in using scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair manuals to accurately repair and maintain vehicles Experience with system/component replacements, engine repairs, and perform inspections to maintain high safety standards A team player who works well in a collaborative environment and fosters a positive work culture A strong work ethic, great attitude, and a willingness to take on challenging repairs and grow professionally Valid Driver's License and NYS Inspector's License Own tools appropriate for your skill level Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and an understanding of the latest automotive technology
