A global manufacturer and supplier of electrical protection, connectivity, and power management solutions for telecommunications, energy, transportation, and other industrial markets, seeks to recruit an Automation Project Manager. key responsibilities The responsibilities of the Automation Project Manager include: Designing, developing, and testing automation solutions within machinery and industrialenvironments Identifying opportunities for process optimization through digital technologies Supporting and contributing to Industry 4.0 initiatives, including smart factory concepts and data-driven manufacturing Eliminating defects and errors within product and software development Participating in and complying with quality and IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, andindustrial best practices Implementation and maintenance of custom software solutions, including machine-to-machine(M2M) integration Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) experience 5 years of experience in similar position within an industrial environment Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives skills Advanced troubleshooting, multitasking, and analytical skills Ability to keep up with the latest technologies qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, or a similar fieldAdvanced English skills (verbal and written communication) Proficiency in maintaining automation systems and industrial IT/OT integrations Understanding of robotics (ROS), AI, and machine learning Proficiency in a compiled programming language such as Python, C#, VBA, Java, or other selectedlanguages Familiarity with IoT, OPC UA, MQTT, or similar industrial communication protocols share this job.
