Automotive Assistant Service Manager

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team at Pat's Service Center. This position is perfect for someone who has automotive knowledge, enjoys working with people, and can help keep a fast-paced shop running smoothly day to day. Responsibilities Assist with customer check-in and communication Help build estimates and repair orders Coordinate workflow between technicians and front office Update customers on vehicle status and recommendations Assist with parts ordering and scheduling Help maintain organization throughout the shop Support the Service Manager with daily operations Qualifications Automotive experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic computer skills Experience with Tekmetric is a plus Positive attitude and team mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Family-oriented work environment Steady workflow year-round Paid holidays and vacation available Modern shop systems and equipment
