Position:

Impex Chevrolet GMC is seeking a motivated Business Development Center Representative (BDCR) to generate new sales opportunities and communicate the value of our dealership to potential customers. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a baseline understanding of automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and follow up with customer calls, internet leads, and live chats Set and confirm sales appointments Meet reasonable sales goals Build rapport with new and existing customers Present company value and provide initial product information Follow up with undecided leads or no-show appointments

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in internet sales, customer service, or related field Basic understanding of automotive sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and with a team
