Responsibilities:

Must be able to assess and document damage to vehicles, including body prep work. Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary materials for repairs. Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions. Experience in sand, masking and tape applications. Adhere to tight schedule of completion based on volumes and sale deadlines. Follow safety protocols and procedures.

Experience:

• Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and industry standards
• Familiarity with auto restoration processes is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills This is a flag-rate based position.
