Automotive Detailer

Job Summary We are seeking top add a dedicated auto detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. As a detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and polished to the highest standards following repairs and customizations, contributing to an outstanding customer experience. Duties Operate buffing equipment to polish and shine vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish. Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing, wax, and buff. Drive vehicles safely within the facility and to designated areas as needed. Assist with custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in the work environment. Ensure that all work is completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Perform pre-repair visual inspections on all vehicles. Help perform post repair quality checks on all vehicles Communicate effectively within the team about any issues that arise during final quality control check. Qualifications Previous experience in detailing is required. Familiarity with buffing techniques and equipment is required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to read and understand repair estimates. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. No felony convictions.
