In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of our vehicles and machines. Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes, including exterior and interior cleaning, to ensure vehicles are spotless and inviting Conduct detailing tasks such as buffing, vacuuming, window tinting, and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance Maintain the cleanliness of the lot by organizing vehicles and ensuring the area is tidy and free of debris Assist with basic janitorial duties around the dealership or lot to uphold a professional environment Drive vehicles safely within the lot for staging or customer pickup purposes Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about vehicle care and explaining detailing services offered Support custodial tasks as needed to keep work areas safe, clean, and organized Keep lot free of trash, debris, and hazards Assist with snow removal or weather-related lot maintenance when necessary Support sales and service teams as needed Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and vacuums effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driving vehicles within the lot Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and cleaning techniques including window tinting is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching comfortably Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining vehicle appearance Join us in creating an outstanding experience for every customer by ensuring their vehicles look their absolute best!
