  • West Bridgewater, MA Bridgewater Motor Works is an established independent European automotive service facility specializing in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI, Volvo, and Saab vehicles.
Unlike most independent shops that claim to use "factory-level" equipment, we use the same diagnostic tools, software, and service information supplied to new car dealers by the manufacturers themselves. We are looking for an experienced technician — or a motivated technician who wants to continue building advanced diagnostic and repair skills on European vehicles. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair European vehicles using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and service information Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, and mechanical issues Perform maintenance and repair work to manufacturer standards Use wiring diagrams, scan data, and factory repair procedures Document findings and communicate clearly with the service team Qualifications Automotive repair experience required European vehicle experience preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability Professional attitude and willingness to learn ASE certifications are a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on skill and experience Optional pay plans Paid training Clean, professional work environment Consistent workflow Opportunity to grow technically and professionally You don't need to know everything but you do need to care.
