Potential Annual Compensation:

Job Summary:
It is the responsibility of this position to produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items to new- and used-vehicle customers.

Responsibilities:
Arrange Financing / Lease options for our customers; prepare and review all necessary paperwork with customer upon delivery. Offer various products to our customers that will enhance their ownership experience Must be skilled at structuring deals for maximum profitability. Fully knowledgeable with PA & NJ motor vehicle processes. Obtain and maintain excellent relationship with lending institutions. Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position. Accurately desk deals; submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions and be a "true" closer. Ensure all deals are fully compliant with Local, State and Federal Rules and Regulations. Maintains a professional appearance along with a neat and clean work area. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
Two (2) years related experience and/or training in Finance & Insurance Management preferred. State Sales License and Valid Driver's License Strong presentation and negotiation skills Related experience in Automotive Dealership preferred Excellent verbal/written, interpersonal and customer communication skills.
