We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to handle the finance department. We are looking for the right person that is a team player and helps with whatever needs to get done! Position is for Route 17 Mitsubishi store. We sell New and Pre Owned vehicles along with Exotic Vehicles. Pay structure is Salary and Commission or just commission

Easily make a six figure pay depending on your experience. Bring on the experience and support and you will be very happy with your pay-plan! We do not cap anyone's pay plans. If you can produce, then you deserve to earn!

Requirements:

• Must have a strong track history as a Dealership finance manager
• Clean paperwork is a must

• CDK/DEALERTRACK

  Experience
• Strong Closing ratios with all aftermarket products
• Exceptional experience with Special Finance Customers
• Must have the ability to decide on a lease vs. purchase based on the customer's needs, credit, and deal structure
• Never let a customer leave the dealership without getting approved.
• Maintain a high per car gross on the back end
• Have vast experience on pre owned deals and customers including exotic cars
• Seek and maintain strong relationships with all lenders needed to make sure everyone is approved.
• Have all clean deals, follow all state and local policies and regulations
• Basic Microsoft knowledge
• Dealertrack expert
• Must have a strong closing ability
• Professional attire
• Professional and strong communication skills
• Provide the highest level of customer service. Position is only for full time.
• Spanish speaking is a great plus, but not required
