We are seeking a certified Automotive Technician to join our team at Just Trucks. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and reliability to our customers. Just Trucks offers competitive wages based on experience. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize schematics to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly to clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and services. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each service job. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in the training of junior mechanics on best practices and technical skills. Assist in the installation of RV components such as generators when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience as an automotive technician. Excellent knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques. Experience in mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, flooring or maintenance work is a plus but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about their vehicle needs. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately. Familiarity with air brake systems and routine maintenance procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
