What We Offer Career advancement pathways into diagnostic roles, service advising, and management Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for incentives and overtime Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental coverage Employee perks including service discounts, referral bonuses, and ASE reimbursement 401(k) with employer match Role Overview As a Mechanic , you will handle a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including: Diagnose and repair brake systems, including disc and drum brakes, and perform lathe work Inspect and repair suspension systems, including struts, shocks, and control arms Perform wheel alignments and steering system repairs Replace under-hood components such as water pumps, alternators, radiators, belts, and hoses Mount, dismount, and balance tires Complete oil changes and routine preventative maintenance services Test, replace, and install batteries Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and safety-compliant shop environment Qualifications & Requirements 2-3 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong working knowledge of brakes, suspension, steering systems, and wheel alignments Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Flexibility to work weekends and additional hours during busy periods as needed
