Your expertise will help customers find the right parts efficiently, support vehicle maintenance and repair needs, and contribute to a seamless retail experience. Duties:
Manage time and meet expectations of the parts department Learn and navigate department functions Manage inventory by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments with professionalism Provide exceptional customer service Keep a positive team environment among staff Collaborate with service technicians and dealership staff to coordinate order fulfillment, vehicle maintenance, and repair schedules Ability to understand and follow directions. Effectively communicate with customers to build relationships
Experience:
Preferred experience in an automotive dealership involving automotive parts sales or customer service
Qualifications:
Excellent time management & organization skills Have a passion for automobiles Exceptional communication & problem solving skills Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Ability to learn dealership specific software
Required Education:

Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
