What We Offer Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid holidays Paid vacation time Paid training and ongoing development Career advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Hands-on experience in the automotive industry Responsibilities Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers professionally and safely Move vehicles between the dealership showroom, service department, storage areas, and pickup locations Maintain care and responsibility while operating customer and dealership vehicles Drive vehicles through the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas as needed Run dealership-related errands and off-site tasks when required Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including checking fluid levels, fueling vehicles, and changing batteries when needed Retrieve and organize vehicles from various property locations Assist team members and departments as needed Cross-train in Service Advisor and Parts Advisor responsibilities with opportunities for career growth Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to and from work Professional attitude with strong customer service skills Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of tasks Why Join Walt Massey?
