Automotive Reconditioning Technician

Responsibilities Perform thorough vehicle reconditioning including cleaning, detailing, minor body repairs, and cosmetic enhancements to restore vehicles to showroom quality Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues requiring attention Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair vehicle systems accurately Install accessories, upgrades, and any additional sales or customer requests Repair or replace components related to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), electrical systems, powertrain, and engine diagnostics Execute wheel alignments, vehicle maintenance tasks, and welding repairs as needed to ensure safety and performance standards are met Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently and safely Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols during all repair procedures Complete new car Pre Delivery Inspections Perform basic recalls Experience Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques Knowledge of ADAS calibration, schematics interpretation, diesel engine repair, and automotive electrical systems is highly desirable Hands-on experience with auto body repair, welding, wheel alignment, and vehicle maintenance tasks Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus but not required Mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as an Automotive Reconditioning Technician and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering quality work that exceeds expectations. $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
