Automotive Rental Agent

Rental Agent Ertle Subaru is looking for an applicant to meet the busy schedule of our Vehicle Rental department. Fabulous opportunity and pay rate. You would be responsible for providing a rewarding and exceptional experience for our customers. This position requires good customer service, as you will be the first employee to greet our customers. You will be responsible for driving customer cars when they come in for a service appointment and delivering a loaner car to the customer. • Communicate with customers to understand their rental needs and preferences
• Manage rental agreements and contracts efficiently
• Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain rental records
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and issues promptly
• Utilize sales management techniques to promote rental services
• Assist with inventory management to ensure availability of rental units
• Negotiate rental terms and pricing effectively Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Experience in administrative tasks is a plus
