Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B sales strategies, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct high-end sales consultations, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits tailored to customer preferences. Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet dealership standards and customer satisfaction goals. Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue. Manage inventory control and dealership stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective inventory management. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and support ongoing sales support activities. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients both in person and over the phone. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies that boost retail sales and brand visibility. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with confidence in public speaking and B2B sales approaches. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases. Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is advantageous. Demonstrated outbound sales experience including cold calling and lead generation techniques. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and strong communication abilities. Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control procedures, and high-end sales strategies enhances your effectiveness in this role.
