Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Executive with experience in domestic brands, specifically Chrysler, Jeep. The ideal candidate understands the domestic buyer, thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, and consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers in-person, online, and via phone to identify vehicle needs Demonstrate and present Chrysler, Jeep vehicles, features, and financing options Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → negotiation → closing Maintain CRM activity and follow-up processes (calls, texts, emails) Generate self-sourced business through referrals and prospecting Stay current on manufacturer incentives, rebates, and product updates Deliver exceptional customer experience to drive repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

1-3+ years of automotive sales experience (Domestic preferred but not needed) Proven track record (10-15+ units/month preferred) Strong closing and objection-handling skills CRM proficiency and digital lead management experience Valid driver's license
