Mas Motors USA , a fast-growing, family-owned dealership, is looking for Automotive Sales & Finance Consultants to join our high-performing team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Handle all incoming phone calls, internet leads, and website inquiries Respond to customers via phone, email, and text with professionalism and urgency Set, confirm, and manage appointments for showroom visits and test drives Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives, highlighting features and valueSales Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on needs and budget Present pricing clearly and negotiate deals with transparency and integrity Follow up with unsold leads, previous customers, and showroom visitors Build and maintain a strong customer database for repeat and referral businessFinance Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the financing process from start to finish Run credit applications and submit deals to lenders for approval Structure deals to meet lender guidelines and maximize approvals Present and explain financing options, rates, and terms clearly Prepare and finalize all required paperwork accurately and efficiently Offer and upsell finance products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and service contracts Ensure compliance with all legal and dealership finance regulationsOperations & Teamwork:
Log all customer interactions in CRM and Dealer Center (DMS) Stay up to date on inventory, lender programs, and current promotions Deliver vehicles and review features, warranties, and service information Attend sales meetings and ongoing training sessions Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of dealership experienceREQUIRED
Minimum 1 year of automotive finance experienceREQUIRED
Strong understanding of credit applications, lender submissions, deal structuring, and dealership paperwork Experience preparing and reviewing contracts, funding packages, and compliance documents Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling high-volume paperwork Tech-savvy with CRM and Dealer Center experience Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-driven Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus Professional appearance and strong work ethic Must be drug-free and able to pass a background check What You Get inReturn:
