What You'll Do:

Lead and develop a team of sales professionals with a focus on luxury-level service and presentation Drive performance while maintaining an exceptional, client-first experience Desk deals and assist in structuring and closing transactions Set the tone for professionalism, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction Monitor performance and implement strategies to elevate both results and experience

Job Requirements:
