Automotive Sales Manager

Jeff Perry Inc is looking for an experienced, driven, and process-oriented Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing team. We are a dealership focused on customer experience, employee development, and consistent growth. This is an opportunity to join a dealer group with strong inventory, an established customer base, and leadership committed to long-term success. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals Work deals with sales consultants and help maximize profitability Manage CRM activity, lead follow-up, and appointment processes Desk deals, structure transactions, and assist with lender approvals when needed Monitor inventory merchandising, pricing, and aging Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, phone skills, and sales process Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions Collaborate with BDC, finance, and service departments to improve overall dealership performance Review KPIs including closing ratios, response times, gross profit, and appointment show rates

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
