  • Full-time A large, established automotive dealer group along the Treasure Coast is seeking a driven, professional, and people focused Sales Manager to help lead a high performing sales team.
This opportunity is ideal for a leader who understands that strong performance comes from accountability, clear expectations, consistent follow through, and a team culture built on respect. We are looking for someone who can support sales consultants, drive results, and help maintain a professional customer experience in a fast paced dealership environment. About the Role The Sales Manager will help oversee daily sales operations, support showroom activity, assist with deal structure, and coach the sales team toward individual and department goals. This role requires someone who can balance strong sales expectations with steady leadership, sound decision making, and a practical approach to solving challenges. The right candidate will be confident in desking deals, managing floor traffic, supporting internet and phone opportunities, working closely with finance, and holding the team accountable to strong follow up and process standards. Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Automotive sales management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of new and pre owned vehicle sales
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals
  • Experience desking deals and working with finance teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow through skills
  • Professional, positive, and solutions focused approach
  • Ability to build trust with customers, team members, and leadership
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dealership environment
  • Strong attention to process, customer service, and performance goals Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team each day
  • Assist with structuring and closing vehicle deals
  • Monitor showroom, phone, and internet opportunities
  • Maintain strong follow up, CRM usage, and accountability standards
  • Partner with finance and leadership teams to create a smooth sales process
  • Help drive volume, gross, customer satisfaction, and team development
  • Address challenges quickly and professionally
  • Promote a clean, organized, upbeat, and customer focused sales environment
