Responsibilities Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Toyota vehicles. Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting through closing, ensuring consistent follow-up with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, monitor sales performance, and generate reports for management review. Conduct negotiations with customers to secure favorable deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership policies. Oversee inventory management and control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of Toyota vehicles and accessories are maintained for maximum sales efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, demonstrating product knowledge, and delivering compelling presentations at public speaking engagements or dealership events. Skills Proven experience in automobile sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities— bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele. Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, and building a robust sales pipeline through B2B channels. Expertise in using CRM software for managing customer data, tracking leads, and analyzing sales trends. Skilled in retail math, inventory control, and retail sales strategies to maximize profitability. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Outstanding public speaking skills for conducting presentations or promotional events; excellent phone etiquette is essential for outbound outreach. Knowledge of automotive marketing techniques and inventory management practices that support high-volume retail operations.
