Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Mitsubishi team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences and closing vehicle sales. Your enthusiasm for automobiles, combined with your strong communication skills and sales expertise, will help you build lasting relationships with clients. Whether engaging in B2B sales or retail interactions, you'll play a vital role in expanding our dealership's reach and reputation. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM software. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase vehicle features, emphasizing high-end models and upselling opportunities. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals that satisfy both customer needs and dealership goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies that attract diverse clientele, including multilingual audiences. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, coordinating vehicle availability, and supporting inventory control efforts. Provide ongoing sales support by preparing contracts, explaining terms clearly, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Utilize public speaking skills during promotional events or dealership presentations to enhance brand visibility. Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone or via digital channels. Experience Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in outside sales or B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer information efficiently. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus). Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control procedures, and retail math for accurate deal calculations. Experience in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and lead generation is advantageous. Ability to organize tasks effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities.
